Standards:
AATCC 16-2004, AATCC TM169, ISO 105-B04, M & S C9, M & S C9A, GB / T 8427.
Operation process:
I. Preparation for use:
1. Turn on the power and check whether the test box works properly.
2. Sample preparation: Number the test samples one by one and hang them on the sample turntable. It is recommended that they do not contact or collide with each other.
3. Then close the door.
II. Start the test:
1. Check whether all components and control instruments are normal before testing.
2. Turn on the main power switch, set the total test time, ventilation stop time, and number of tests, and turn on the power and ventilation switch of the aging box. The temperature of the test box begins to rise, and the sample is placed in the aging box after the aging box remains constant.
3. When the temperature remains constant, open the door of the test box and place the numbered sample firmly on the turntable. Close the door, turn on the "rotation" switch, observe the temperature, and record the start time of the test after constant temperature.
4. During the test, observe whether the rotating plate in the aging box rotates normally through the light in the box.
5. During the test, pay attention to whether the control instrument is normal and whether the motor runs normally.
6. After the test, take out the sample, turn off the corresponding switch, and cut off the main power supply.
7. After cooling, clean the box and keep records.
8. The use, daily management, and maintenance of the aging test box are the responsibility of a dedicated person.
9. The aging test box should be verified according to the prescribed cycle.
The specific contents of the xenon lamp aging machine inspection table include the following aspects:
1. Power supply system: Check whether the power cord, power switch, power socket, fuse, etc. of the aging equipment are working properly to ensure the reliability and stability of the power supply system.
2. Control system: Check whether the control panel, controller, thermometer, hygrometer, timer, etc. of the aging equipment are working properly to ensure the accuracy and stability of the control system.
3. Heating system: Check whether the heating rod, heater, heating tube, thermostat, etc. of the aging equipment are working properly to ensure the temperature control and stability of the heating system.
4. Ventilation system: Check whether the fan, air duct, filter, etc. of the aging equipment are working properly to ensure the ventilation effect and safety of the ventilation system.
5. Safety system: Check whether the safety device, alarm, leakage protector, etc. of the aging equipment are working properly to ensure the safety and stability of the aging equipment.
6. Mechanical part: Check whether the mechanical part, transmission part, shock absorption part, etc. of the aging equipment are working properly to ensure the mechanical performance and stability of the aging equipment.
7. Others: Check whether other parts of the aging equipment, such as lights, connecting wires, signs, etc., are working properly to ensure the integrity and safety of the aging equipment.
