1. After unpacking, first install the filter pressure reducing valve on the side of the air compressor, connect the air inlet 2 of the filter pressure reducing valve to the air outlet 1 of the air compressor with a trachea, and then connect the trachea at the back cover of the instrument to Connect the tracheal interface of the "mask synthetic blood penetrating instrument inlet" of the filter pressure reducing valve installed on the side of the air compressor tank.
 
2. For different masks, the distance between the head mold and the nozzle needs to be adjusted. Loosen the two butterfly mothers on the head mold base, move the head mold base back and forth, and determine the distance between the head mold and the nozzle according to the two rulers on the front and back of the instrument. After adjustment, tighten the two butterfly mothers. At this time, it should be noted that the front and back sides of the left side (or right side) of the head mold base should be aligned with the same scale of the ruler.
 
3. Place the residual liquid pan under the chin of the head mold.
 
4. Put the mask on the head mold, and fix the mask strap on the two screws on the back of the head mold.

5. First, close the ball valve leading to the instrument pipeline on the air compressor, and turn on the air compressor. When the air compressor reaches the predetermined pressure, cut off the power source of the air compressor, open the outlet valve, and open the tube leading to the instrument. Road ball valve.
 
6. Turn on the power switch on the panel. At this time, the spray time can be set (generally, the spray time is set to 1 second). For the setting method, please refer to the random accessory-JSS48A digital display time relay instruction manual. Turn on the media addition button, the indicator light is on, and use a syringe to inject 2ml of synthetic blood into the 0.84mm hole of the nozzle. Turn off the media loading key, and the indicator light is off.
 
7. Press the start button on the panel to start spraying, and the time relay starts timing at the same time. After the set spraying time, the instrument automatically stops spraying. After spraying stops, press the stop button. Take off the mask and observe whether there is blood passing through the back side.
 
8. The end of one test. If you need to continue the test, put the mask on the head mold and repeat steps 4 to 7.
 
9. After the test is all over, close the ball valve on the air compressor leading to the instrument pipeline, and turn off the power switch. Wash the residual liquid pan and clean the work surface.
 
Precautions:
 
1. The power supply of the instrument must have a good grounding wire!
 
2. The injection pressure (10.7kPa) has been set when the instrument leaves the factory.
 
3. During the test, if the air pressure of the air compressor is insufficient (when the pressure indicated by the air source pressure gauge on the air compressor is less than 4Kg), the test cannot be continued. Please close the ball valve on the air compressor leading to the instrument pipeline first. The air compressor is connected to the power supply. After the air compressor reaches the predetermined pressure, the power supply of the air compressor is cut off, the outlet valve is opened, the ball valve leading to the instrument pipeline is opened, and the test is continued.
