India extends textile export tax rebate for 3 years

 

The Indian government decided to extend the current textile export tax rebate-1.html">Export tax rebate (RoSCTL) for 3 years until March 31, 2024. RoSCTL was first announced and implemented on March 7, 2019, for apparel (Apparel) and home textiles (Made ups, such as towels, curtains, carpets, pillows, bed sheets, etc.) provide export tax rebates, and give the central government a maximum of 6.05% and state 8.2% of export tax rebates for products that cannot be eligible for GST rebates.

 

The Indian Ministry of Commerce and Industry stated that the extension of export tax rebates will help enhance the competitiveness of Indian textile exports and create jobs.
