Respiratory Resistance Tester detection steps
Respiratory Resistance Tester is used to measure the inspiratory resistance and expiratory resistance of respirators and masks under specified conditions.
1. Sample and pretreatment
4 samples, of which 2 are untreated samples, and the other 2 are according to the technical performance of the thermal test chamber should meet the requirements of GB/T10586, the technical performance of the high-temperature test chamber should meet the requirements of GB/T11158, and the technical performance of the low-temperature test chamber should meet the requirements of GB/T11158. The requirements of GBT10589 specify samples after pretreatment.
If the tested samples have different models, there should be two samples for each model, one of which is an untreated sample, and the other one is based on the technical performance of the thermal test chamber, which should meet the requirements of GB/T10586 and the technical performance of the high-temperature test chamber. It should meet the requirements of GB/T11158, and the technical performance of the low temperature test chamber should meet the requirements of GBT10589 after pretreatment.
2. Testing equipment
2.1. Particulate filtration efficiency and breathing resistance tester;
2.2. The flow meter range is 0L/min~100L/min, and the accuracy is 3%;
2.3. The micro pressure measurement range is 0 Pa~1000Pa, and the precision is 1Pa;
2.4. The air compressor displacement is not less than 100L/min.
3. Test conditions
The ventilation volume is constant at (85±1) L/min
4. Test method
Check the air tightness and working status of the particulate filtration efficiency and breathing resistance tester. Adjust the ventilation to (85 ± 1) L/min and set the system resistance of the test device to 0.
Put the test sample on the matching test head mold, adjust the position of the sample and the tightness of the headband to ensure the tightness of the sample and the test head mold. Then adjust the ventilation volume to (85±1)L /min, measure and record the expiratory resistance. During the test, take appropriate methods to prevent the sample from sticking to the mouth of the breathing tube.
