How does the Respiratory Resistance Tester test the breathing resistance of a mask?

Respiratory Resistance TesterTQD-03 is developed and produced for the determination of medical masks. Disposable masks. General masks. Dust mask. Anti-haze mask in the specified conditions of the inhalation and exhalation resistance, suitable for mask manufacturers. It is also called mask inspiratory resistance tester. Medical mask expiratory resistance tester. Medical surgical mask breathing resistance tester, etc.

Respiratory Resistance Tester is used to test the expiratory resistance and inspiratory resistance of masks, and the detailed operation methods are as follows

1. Specimen preparation: determine the number of specimens according to the need, and carefully check that the specimens should be free of obvious defects. Specimen pre-treatment: Remove the sample from the original package and process it in the following order under the following conditions.

1.1 Place at (38±2.5)℃ and (85±5)% relative humidity for (24±1)h;

1.2 Placement in a dry environment at (70±3)°C for (24±1)h;

1.3 at (-30±3)°C for (24±1)h;

Before each step, the sample temperature should be allowed to return to room temperature for at least 4h before subsequent testing; after treatment, the sample should be placed in an airtight container and tested within 10h.

2. Respiratory Resistance Tester detects the exhalation resistance and inhalation resistance of the mouthpiece in detailed operation steps

2.1. Power on the preparation Before turning on the host power supply, should confirm that the power supply is AC 220V 50Hz, and the power supply voltage fluctuation range is not greater than ± 7%. Turn on the power supply, the welcome interface shown in Figure 4, and power on the instrument in the standard test environment to warm up, with a warm-up time of at least 30 minutes. If the warm-up time is less than 30 minutes, it will have an impact on the test results.

2.2. Sample preparation Refer to the "Sample Preparation" section, make a certain number of samples to be tested. The number of samples should not be less than 5 in general. Visual inspection of the specimen, the specimen should be free of obvious defects.

2.3. Prepare for the test Select the mode in the test interface, and take "suction resistance" as an example.

2.4. Conduct the test

2.5. Proceed to the next set of specimen test If you need to continue the test, repeat the above test steps.

2.6. End of test After the test is finished, click the "back button" to return to the main interface. Turn off the power of the equipment. Air source, cover with dustproof cloth. Dustproof cloth should be kept clean and tidy, there should be no dust.
