1、Connect the gas pipe to the burner and control box and gas tank, check the gas pipe interface to prevent gas leakage.

2, turn on the power switch 9, the application of flame time 1, afterflame time 2 and afterburning time 3 according to the requirements set (debugging can be set to a short time).

3、Clamp the sample, make the burner tilt to a certain angle (0 °, 20 °, 45 °), adjust the fixture 30 and the sample to make it in the test position.

4、Set the gas flow adjustment valve to the minimum.

5, open the main valve of the gas tank, connect the gas source, press the gas supply key 10, while using a lighter or match for ignition and adjustment, the pressure of the gas pressure regulating valve is adjusted to 0.1Mpa, adjust the gas flow regulating valve 14, while making the back pressure of the gas - U-type manometer 26 pressure to the appropriate pressure, so that the flame reaches the standard height. The burner should be in vertical position during ignition. (If you use premixed burner, you also need to connect compressed air gas source and adjust the pressure to 0.1Mpa, and adjust the air flow regulating valve 15 to make the flame reach the requirement.
