JIS/T type mask Respiratory Resistance Tester

The Respiratory Resistance Tester is suitable for measuring the inhalation resistance and exhalation resistance of respirators and mask protective equipment under specified conditions, and for the relevant testing and inspection of ordinary mask products by manufacturers of labor protection equipment inspection agencies.

Mask Respiratory Resistance Tester Features:

1. The instrument is composed of an air source that can adjust the flow rate, a head mode specified in the standard, an inspiratory and exhalation pipeline system, and a respiratory resistance measurement system.

2. The flow sensor has high sensitivity and the initial flow is minimum.

3. The flow sensor chip adopts a thermal mass flow meter, which does not require temperature and pressure compensation, which ensures high-precision measurement of the sensor. Multiple sensors are integrated on a single flow sensor chip, which greatly improves the sensor's measurement range ratio.

4. The flow sensor has the characteristics of high zero point stability, high full range stability, high full range accuracy, good repeatability, low power consumption, low pressure loss, and fast response speed.

5. The resolution is not lower than 128× graphic dot matrix liquid crystal, all Chinese interface, easy to operate.

6. Recording of measured values is stored in the data logger.

7. The micromanometer sensor adopts two-wire system, which has high precision and good stability, and the explosion-proof design is safe and reliable to use.

8. The range of the micromanometer sensor is continuously adjustable outside the zero point, and the damping is adjustable. There are no mechanically movable parts, and the maintenance workload is small.

9. The whole instrument adopts a special gas circuit conversion element, which ensures the convenient and quick conversion of breathing and suction of the two pipeline systems.

The Respiratory Resistance Tester is composed of an air source that can adjust the flow rate, a standard human head model, two sets of pipeline systems for inhalation and exhalation, and a respiratory resistance measurement system. The use of special air circuit conversion components ensures that the two sets of pipeline systems for exhalation and inhalation are easily and quickly converted.
