Disposable medical mask production process:

1. Selection of raw materials: Select an appropriate amount of PP non-woven fabric, nose bridge strip, silk thread, antibacterial filter paper, activated carbon cloth, waterproof and breathable membrane, non-woven fabric wrapping material and ear straps.

2. Sheet production: Hang PP non-woven raw materials, antibacterial filter paper, activated carbon cloth and waterproof and breathable membrane on the material rack of the mask sheeting machine, and debug the machine for automatic production.

3. Welding and forming: place the nose bridge strip on top of the mask piece, then fold the mask piece and wrap the nose bridge strip.

4. Inner package workshop: Sterilize the formed masks and vacuum seal them.

5. Outsourcing shipments: Centrally integrate the packaged masks into external packaging for shipment.
