Sportswear and functional textiles use air permeability index as a standard to measure the weatherability and rain resistance of fabrics. Air permeability requirements are also widely used in military and industrial applications.

Air permeability tester was used to test the air flow rate per unit area under specific pressure conditions. Users just needed to set the standard test pressure, and the instrument would automatically detect the test head area, automatically select the size of the test hole and automatically control the fan's pumping force. The Air permeability tester comes with a compact design for easy installation and testing of a large area of samples. The pressure system automatically detects the range of air pressure and detects and calibrates the mounted test head.
