YN-L-036D Double-headed Electric Friction Decolorization Tester
YN-L-036D Double-headed Electric Friction Decolourisation Tester is mainly used for testing the outer layer, lining, etc. of leather or synthetic leather for shoe making. It can also be used to evaluate the fastness of the printed fonts on the surface of shoes.
Test method.
YN-L-036D double-headed electric friction decolourisation tester can be used to do both dry and wet friction test methods. When testing, first wrap the standard white cotton cloth for testing in the friction cone, clamp the test piece on the test bench and then rub the test piece on the bench repeatedly to assess the degree of fastness to dyeing.
Conforms to the following standards.
iso-105, astm-d2054, aatcc-8, jis-l0849, jis-l0862, gb/t3920
The operation steps of electric rubbing and decolourisation tester:
1.Specimen preparation
1) The specimen and the standard rubbing cloth should be humidified in a constant temperature and humidity environment.
2) When the specimen has more than one colour, all the colours should be rubbed into it.
3) If the area of each colour is large enough, separate samples must be taken.
4) Cut the specimen and do dry rubbing and wet rubbing separately to ensure that all colours are rubbed.
5) If the front and back of the specimen are made of different materials and colours, the front and back should be rubbed for colour fastness.
6) Dry and wet rubbing fastness should not be repeated on the same part of the specimen.
2. Dry rubbing
1)Place the specimen flat on the abrasive instrument with sandpaper, so that the length direction of the specimen and the direction of the dynamic range of the instrument * and fix the specimen in the pressure plate, the clamp sample should be flat.
2) Fix the standard abrasive small white cloth on the abrasive head, clamp it with a spring clip and place the abrasive head lightly on the specimen;
3) Make sure that the specimen does not slide or wrinkle when rubbing;
4) Place the friction head on the specimen. Switch on the power and turn on the POWER button. Set the number of tests.
5) Press the START key to start the test. When the number of tests reaches the set value, the instrument stops automatically.
6) Remove the standard rubbing white cotton cloth and use the colorimetric card for comparison rating.
3. Wet rubbing
1) Moisten the standard rubbing cloth in distilled water*;
2) Remove and squeeze in filter paper to give it a certain water content;
3) The rest of the procedure is the same as for the dry rub test above.
