1. Equipment preparation

2. Sample preparation

3. Sample holding


Clamp the fabric sample into the test jig, and adjust the width and clamping force of the jig manually or electrically to ensure that the position of the jig clamping the sample is accurate and stable.


4. Parameter setting


Set test parameters on the control panel of the fabric tensile strength machine, including test speed, test force, test distance, etc. Normally, the test speed is 100mm/min, the test force is 1000N, and the test distance is 200mm.


5. Start the test


Press the test button on the control panel to start the test program of the fabric tensile strength machine. The device will automatically apply the tensile force until the sample breaks or the set test distance is reached. At the same time, the device will automatically record the test data and display the test results on the control panel.


6. Data processing


After the test is completed, the test data can be exported to the computer for data processing and analysis. Usually, it is necessary to calculate the tensile strength, elongation, breaking strength and other indicators of the fabric, and perform statistical analysis and comparison.
