　　Operation:

　　1.Firstly,prepare the accessories and test samples

　　2.Adjust the scale to the appropriate height based on the thickness of the sample

　　3.Install the test sample on the turntable and fix it in place

　　4.According to the testing needs,move the weights to a certain position

　　5.Start the instrument

　　6.Set the number of rotations,start,and the scraping head continuously rubs against the sample

　　7.Automatically stop when reaching the set value,remove the sample,end the test,and turn off the instrument

　　8.After the instrument test is completed,evaluate the material's scratch resistance performance by analyzing and comparing the sample results.
