T113 Five Finger Scratch Tester Operation

  T113 Five Finger Scratch Tester is a testing equipment independently developed and produced by our company,(Qinsun)Shanghai Qianshi Precision Electromechanical Technology Co.,Ltd.,which is calibrated against taber710 and uses the Five Finger Scratch Test Method to test the scratch resistance of automotive interior and exterior plastic materials.

  Operation:


  1.Firstly,prepare the accessories and test samples;


  2.Install the five independent shaft rods with weights on the platform;


  3.Install the scratch finger at the bottom of the shaft and fix the test sample onto the testing platform;


  4.Start the testing instrument;


  5.Set parameters such as test load,stroke,and motion speed on the LCD screen;


  6.Guide rail transmission,scraping the test sample back and forth with fingertips;


  7.The timing is over,the guide rail stops transmitting,and the horizontal axis bracket is lifted;


  8.Loosen the sample pressure block and remove the test sample;


  9.After the instrument test is completed,samples are taken for analysis and comparison to evaluate the material's resistance to scratches,scratching,and planing.
