　　Operation:

　　1.Firstly,prepare the accessories and test samples;

　　2.Open the heat-resistant glass observation window;

　　3.Unscrew the fixture nut;

　　4.Install the test sample on the fixture;

　　5.Tighten the screws to secure the sample;

　　6.Start and ignite;

　　7.Adjust and measure the flame height;

　　8.Adjust the angle of the spray lamp;

　　9.Push the spray lamp forward along the track;

　　10.The needle shaped burner ignites the sample at a 45 degree angle;

　　11.Observe the combustion of the sample and start the ignition timer;

　　12.Obtain test data,save it for viewing;

　　13.After the test is completed,turn off the instrument;

　　14.Evaluate the fire hazard of the sample by observing its ignition state and measuring relevant indicators.
