G235 Martindale Wear Tester is used to test the wear resistance and pilling performance of various fabrics.Under a certain pressure,the sample and abrasive undergo continuous directional friction,and the degree of wear and pilling is evaluated by comparing it with standard parameters.Touch screen control,equipped with a comprehensive programmer,capable of pre programming batches and total counts,and setting the count for each test head separately;Four speeds,including standard speed,can be selected.

　　Operation:

　　1.Firstly,prepare the accessories and test samples;

　　2.Sample the wear-resistant test material;

　　3.Tighten and secure;

　　4.Install the test sample into the fixture for fixation;

　　5.Install the fixture containing the sample onto the platform wrench;

　　6.Tighten the fixture;

　　7.Install the fixture onto the operating table,install the core shaft and weights;

　　8.Start the instrument and enter the LCD screen control interface;

　　9.Set parameters such as number of rotations and speed;

　　10.Rotating start;

　　11.Repeated directional friction between the sample and abrasive;

　　12.Set the number of turns to automatically stop rotating;

　　13.Take away the weight and core shaft,and remove the fixture;

　　14.Rotate the fixture in the opposite direction and loosen it;

　　15.Remove the fixture and take out the sample,and the test is completed;

　　16.At the end of the experiment,take the sample and compare it with the standard image to evaluate the degree of pilling or evaluate its wear resistance based on the number of worn circles.
