G233F Automotive Interior Flame retardancy Tester is used to test the relative combustion rate and flame retardancy of textiles,especially automotive interior decorative fabrics.It is equipped with a sealed stainless steel combustion chamber,observation window,sample clamp,and door type burner.The automatic gas control system includes an electromagnetic controlled gas valve,an automatic ignition timer,and a controller.

Operation:
1.Firstly,prepare the accessories and test samples;
2.Turn on the power switch of the instrument,and then turn on the gas channel;
3.Set the ignition mode to automatic mode;
4.Open the side door of the instrument box;
5.Ignite the ignition tube;
6.Adjust the flame height of the ignition tube to be less than 19 millimeters;
7.Press the start button on the control box panel;
8.The ignition source of the ignition tube ignites the main fire source;
9.After fifteen seconds,the main fire will automatically extinguish;
10.Place the prepared sample in the sample fixture;
11.Place the fixture containing the sample in the instrument box;
12.Cover the top cover of the box;
13.Close the side cover of the box;
14.Press the start button;
15.The sample is ignited;
16.When the combustion reaches the starting scale of the sample holder,press the timing button;
17.When the sample is burned to the end mark of the sample holder,end the timing and record the burning time;
18.At the end of the experiment,remove the sample and turn off the instrument;
19.By testing the time required to burn a certain distance,the trend and speed of flame propagation during material combustion are obtained,and the flammability of the product is graded to evaluate the flame retardant performance of the material.
