Operation:
1.Firstly,prepare the accessories and test samples;
2.Fix the prepared sample onto the sample fixture;
3.Open the instrument safety door;
4.Turn on the gas switch and ignite the ignition tube;
5.Adjust the flame size through the knob;
6.Fix the fixture containing the sample onto the sample holder;
7.Close the instrument safety door;
8.Press the automatic mode,and the ignition tube will ignite the main flame tube;
9.The sample is ignited(after 12 seconds,the main flame tube automatically goes out);
10.Start timing and record the reignition time;
11.The ignition time has ended and the ignition time has started;
12.The smoldering timer is over;
13.Record the reignition and smoldering times and reset them to zero for the next test;
14.In the instrument test,record the smoldering and reignition time,and the results can be used to evaluate the flame propagation speed and damage length of the material after being ignited in a vertical state,in order to evaluate the combustion performance of the material.
