High Temperature Extreme Oxygen Index Tester can measure the oxygen index at a temperature of up to 400°C,which is an extension of the normal temperature oxygen index tester and can be used to measure the oxygen content index in high temperature environments.This measurement method is a supplement to the oxygen index testing at high temperatures.On the basis of the ordinary intelligent oxygen index tester,an electric heating device is added at the position of the combustion cylinder to preheat the mixed gas;And test the ignition temperature of different materials at a certain oxygen concentration;Used to determine the combustion performance of self-supporting vertical strips or thin sheet plastic materials with a thickness of 10.5mm under experimental conditions,and also applicable to the combustion performance measurement of vertically supported soft or thin film materials.

Operation:
1.Firstly,prepare the accessories and test samples;
2.Install the test sample in the fixture;
3.Use a long hook to feed the fixture with the sample into the heat-resistant glass cylinder;
4.Turn on the instrument switch and enter the LCD screen operation interface;
5.Clean oxygen and nitrogen separately for 30 seconds each;
6.Set oxygen concentration parameters;
7.Set the heating temperature;
8.Heat the temperature inside the test cylinder to a certain level and stop it;
9.Use a torch to ignite the sample;
10.Timing begins;
11.When the fire burns to a certain scale,the timing ends;
12.Stop ventilation and heating;
13.Save and view data;
14.Remove the test sample and shut down to end the test;
15.Observe the combustion characteristics of the sample,compare the continuous combustion time or combustion length of the sample with the given limit value,and measure the low oxygen depth value expressed as oxygen percentage content while maintaining combustion through a series of experiments at different oxygen concentrations.
