  G305W Fabric Strength Tester is used to test the mechanical properties of rubber,plastic,leather,metal,wire,paper,packaging,building materials,petrochemical,electrical,geotechnical and other materials,including tensile,tear,top breaking,constant elongation,constant load,elasticity,seam slip,peeling,etc.

  Operation steps:


  Firstly,prepare the accessories and test samples;


  2.Turn on the power switch of the instrument;


  3.Enter the LCD screen operation interface;


  4.Select standard mode according to testing requirements;


  5.Set parameters such as elongation at break,spacing length,and rate;


  6.Press the【Up】and【Down】buttons on the screen to manually adjust the measuring distance of the fixture;


  7.Lower the fixture to a certain distance(according to the length of the sample);


  8.Place the prepared sample in the fixture and tighten it in place;


  9.Click the[Start]button;


  10.The sample is stretched,and when a certain force value is reached,the sample is torn;


  11.Obtain the data curve graph and click save;


  12.Conduct testing on the next set of samples;


  13.Obtain the data curve again;


  14.Click on[Data]to view the saved data;


  15.Remove the sample;


  16.After the experiment is completed,turn off the instrument.
