Medical Injection Needle Rigidity Tester is a testing equipment used to evaluate whether medical injection needles meet the rigidity requirements,measure the deflection value of medical injection needles,and determine the rigidity size of medical normal wall,thin-walled,and ultra-thin wall injection needles.

　　Experimental principle:

　　Apply a specified force to the center of the specified span of the needle tube supported at both ends,and measure the deflection value of the needle tube.

　　GB/T 18457-2001,YBB 00092004-2015,GB/T 15811-2019

　　Operation:

　　1.Firstly,prepare the accessories and test samples;

　　2.Set parameters such as specifications,load,and maximum deflection in the display screen;

　　3.Place the fixture under the displacement micrometer;

　　4.Place the sample on the groove of the fixture;

　　5.Click to start testing;

　　6.Slowly descend the micrometer and apply pressure to the sample;

　　7.After the load value stabilizes,obtain the test value;

　　8.Save printing and end testing.
