G506 Automatic Filtration Performance Tester for masks is used to test the protective effect and filtration efficiency of daily protective masks and respirators against particulate matter.It is suitable for testing and experimentation in mask and breathing valve manufacturing enterprises,inspection institutions,quality supervision,scientific colleges,and other units.

　　Operation:

　　1.Firstly,prepare the accessories and test samples;

　　2.Turn on the instrument switch and enter the LCD screen operation interface;

　　3.First,conduct a no-load test;

　　4.Press the dual control pneumatic keys on both sides to lower the fixture;

　　5.Set parameters such as airflow rate and aerosol particles;

　　6.After the data stabilizes,proceed to the next step;

　　7.Obtain the amount of aerosols upstream of the filter material;

　　8.After the data is stable,the"Insert Fixture"dialog box pops up on the screen;

　　9.Place the prepared sample into the instrument fixture and clamp it in place;

　　10.Start testing;

　　11.Wait a few seconds to obtain the quantity of aerosols downstream of the filter material and calculate the filtration efficiency;

　　12.Automatically print out test reports;

　　13.Take out the sample,end the test,turn off the instrument,and evaluate the filtration performance of the material based on the data results obtained from the test.
