  Si4000 water-cooled sun fastness tester is mainly used for testing automotive materials,plastics,paints,packaging,solar photovoltaic,textile industries including geotextiles,pigments,stabilizers,additives,etc.


  Operation:


  Prepare all accessories and test samples;


  Step 1:Install the xenon lamp;


  Step 2:Load the sample into the fixture;


  Before the experiment,install the prepared xenon lamp into the instrument;


  Turn on the power switch;


  Enter the LCD screen operation interface and set manual testing;


  Open the instrument safety door;


  Select manual rotation of the specimen holder;


  Hang the prepared sample fixtures on the top and bottom three layers of the rack(no more than 65 sample fixtures);


  After transferring the sample,close the instrument safety door;


  Set parameters such as irradiance,temperature,humidity,and time;


  Load and enter the running interface;


  Everything is ready,click run;


  The xenon lamp lights up and begins to simulate full spectrum sunlight,illuminating the sample;


  During equipment operation,both green lights are on simultaneously;


  On the LCD screen,you can view curves such as temperature,humidity,and irradiance;


  When the set time is reached,click the stop button;


  Open the safety door;


  Select manual rotation of the specimen holder;


  Remove the fixture containing the sample;


  Observe and compare the samples;


  After taking the sample,close the safety door;


  Turn off the instrument and end the test;


  The instrument test is completed,and the sample is taken for analysis and comparison to evaluate the aging resistance of the material.
