  T101 Leather Seam Fatigue Tester is used to evaluate the seam strength of materials used on the surface of car seats.It is a fatigue testing device used to evaluate the seam of car seats caused by external forces such as vibration during driving.

  Operation:


  1.Firstly,prepare the accessories and test samples;


  2.Open the transparent safety door;


  3.Set the distance of the testing fixture according to the scale on the height scale;


  4.Place the test sample in a fixture;


  5.Use a height ruler to set the fixture distance at another workstation;


  6.Install the sample;


  7.Remove the height gauge;


  8.Close the transparent safety door;


  9.Set the number of test cycles and start the experiment;


  10.The reducer drives the middle gripper to perform reciprocating motion;


  11.When the set number of test cycles is reached,the test stops;


  12.Open the transparent safety door;


  13.Remove the test sample;


  14.Determine the fatigue resistance of material joints by measuring the changes in the seam opening at the joints;


  15.At the end of the experiment,turn off the instrument,remove the sample for analysis and comparison,and evaluate its joint fatigue performance.
