  Operation:


  Firstly,prepare the accessories and test samples;


  The first testing method:Five Finger Scratching Method


  Load the weight onto the top of the shaft rod;


  Install the scraping finger at the bottom of the shaft;


  Fix the test sample on the testing platform and secure it;


  Lower the connecting rod to allow the scraping head to come into contact with the specimen;


  Set parameters on the display screen;


  Conduct friction testing between the scratch head and the specimen;


  The second testing method:cross scraping method


  Install weights and scraping heads;


  Mount the test sample;


  Set parameters on the display screen;


  Conduct friction testing between the scratch head and the specimen;


  After the experiment,analyze and compare the samples to evaluate the surface scratch and durability of the material.
