  The leakage trace tester is used for electrical products that may experience insulation leakage between live parts of different polarities or between live parts and grounded metal parts under the influence of humid and impurity environments. The generated arc can cause breakdown short circuit or material damage due to discharge, and even lead to fire. This testing instrument is a destructive test conducted on insulation materials to simulate the above situation, used to test and evaluate the relative resistance to leakage and marking of insulators under the action of an electric field and impurity containing water at a specified voltage.
