Rockwell hardness tester application scope

  The Rockwell hardness tester is a testing equipment independently developed and produced by our company Shanghai Fanbiao Textile Testing Technology Co., Ltd.   Application scope:

  1. Determine the Rockwell hardness of black metals, non-ferrous metals, and non-metallic materials;

  2. Measurement of Rockwell hardness of heat treated materials such as hard alloys, carburized steel, quenched steel, surface quenched steel, hard cast steel, aluminum alloys, copper alloys, malleable castings, soft steel, quenched and tempered steel, annealed steel, bearings, etc.

  Technical parameters:

  Measurement range: 20-95HRA, 10-100HRBW, 20-70HRC;

  Test force: 588.4, 980.7, 1471N (60, 100, 150kgf);

  The allowable height of the specimen is 170mm;

  Distance from the center of the pressure head to the machine wall: 135mm.
