Medical syringe sealing positive pressure tester
The medical syringe sealing positive pressure tester consists of intelligent controllers, force measuring mechanisms, ranging group mechanisms, printers, and other parts. The intelligent controller consists of a CPU, motherboard, LCD display screen, keyboard, power supply, and other components. Implement the requirements of GB 15810 standard, test the principle of positive pressure, and verify the sealing performance of the syringe.
Reference standards:
GB/T 15810-2019 "Sterile Syringes for Disposable Use", YY/T 0909-2013, ISO 7886-1:2017
Testing principle:
Inhale the syringe into the nominal capacity of water and apply the specified axial pressure and lateral force to the core rod for 30 seconds. There should be no leakage at the contact area between the outer sleeve and the piston. Persist for 60 seconds ± 5 seconds under the negative pressure effect of 88KPa, and there should be no air leakage at the contact area between the jacket and the piston, and the piston and the core rod should not detach.
Technical parameters:
Lateral force: 0.25~3.00N, with an error not exceeding ± 0.5%
Axial pressure: 100-400kPa, with an error not exceeding ± 2%
Nominal capacity: 1-200ml, optional
Test time: 0-9999 seconds, can be set arbitrarily
Working temperature: 5-40 ℃
Relative humidity: (45-80)%
