Pneumatic Automatic Fabric Bursting Strength Tester Test Parameters
The pneumatic fully automatic fabric bursting strength tester uses air power (air pressure method) to measure the expansion force and expansion degree of various textiles, non-woven fabrics, leather, and protective clothing materials when they are simultaneously stressed in warp and weft and all directions. The sample holder is equipped with a pneumatic clamping system, which saves effort and the sample does not slip during the test.
As a modern technology enterprise integrating R&D, manufacturing, sales, training, and service, Standard Group (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. is committed to delivering more testing instruments to the market, providing testing instruments for textiles, leather, combustion, automotive interior and exterior trims, material environmental climate aging, etc., and non-standard customization is also acceptable. Before purchase, targeted tests can be carried out according to customer requirements to ensure that the purchased instrument is suitable.
Test principle:
The sample is clamped on an extensible diaphragm through a circular clamp, and gas pressure is applied under the diaphragm to expand the diaphragm and the sample. The pressure is increased at a constant speed until the sample ruptures, and the bursting strength and bursting expansion are measured.
