Experimental parameters of medical protective clothing dry linting performance t

The dry linting performance tester for medical protective clothing is also called a twisting tester. This equipment is used to evaluate the linting test of non-woven fabrics under dry conditions. It is mainly applicable to the evaluation of the linting performance of raw non-woven fabrics and other textile materials used in medical protective materials (surgical sheets, surgical gowns, clean clothes, etc.). During the test, the test principle is: that the sample is subjected to a combined effect of torsion and compression in the test chamber. During this twisting process, air is extracted from the test chamber, and the test results are evaluated by counting and classifying the particles in the air with a laser dust particle counter.

As a modern technology enterprise integrating R&D, manufacturing, sales, training, and service, Shanghai Qianshi Precision Electromechanical Technology Co., Ltd. is committed to delivering more testing instruments to the market, providing testing instruments for textiles, leather, combustion, automotive interior and exterior trims, material environmental climate aging, etc., and non-standard customization is more acceptable. Before purchase, targeted tests can be carried out according to customer requirements to ensure that the purchased instruments are applicable.

Experimental principle:
The sample is subjected to a combined effect of torsion and compression in the test chamber. During this twisting process, the air is extracted from the test chamber, and the particles in the air are counted and classified using a laser dust particle counter.
