Car seat bump creep test bench QC740 standard
The car seat bump test bench is used to conduct vibration durability tests on car seat cushions and backrests under certain loads and frequencies. After reaching the set number of tests, the fatigue strength and wear resistance of the car seat frame, face cover, and sponge are evaluated.
As a modern technology enterprise integrating R&D, manufacturing, sales, training, and service, Shanghai Qianshi Precision Electromechanical Technology Co., Ltd. is committed to delivering more testing instruments to the market, providing testing instruments for textiles, leather, fuel mixing, automotive interior and exterior trims, material environmental climate aging, etc., and non-standard customization is also acceptable. Before purchase, targeted tests can be carried out according to customer requirements to ensure that the purchased instruments are applicable.
Applicable standards:
QC/T 740
Test principle:
During the test, the test frequency, test amplitude, and test cycle number can be set, and the machine will automatically stop when the test number is reached. The test verifies the fatigue life of the seat frame, foam, and fabric. At a frequency of 100 times per minute, the seat is subjected to 100,000 vibration tests and the backrest is subjected to 50,000 vibration tests. After the test, the samples should have no abnormalities, no cracks in the seat frame, no deformation of the foam, no damage to the fabric and cushion, and within the maximum variation range of the H point.
Experimental parameters:
1. Torsion angle amplitude 0~50 degrees, standard is 21 degrees
2. System power: mechanical vibration
3. Vibration frequency: 1~5Hz adjustable, standard is 1.5Hz
4. Vibration amplitude: 0-35mm adjustable, standard is 30mm
5. Loading method: weight loading
6. Load weight: 68kgf (front seat cushion)/29kgf (front backrest)
7. Vibration times: 0-999,999 times can be set
8. Workstation: 2 seats can be tested at the same time
9. Stop mode: Automatically stop when the number of tests is reached
