Analysis of Rainproof Grade Experiment of Rainproof Tester

The rainproof tester is suitable for the impact resistance and water penetration performance of any textile that has been or has not been waterproof or water-repellent finished. It can simulate rainwater spraying horizontally onto the fabric to be tested fixed in a stainless steel tank to detect the water repellency of fabrics or composite materials under different rain pressures.

 Drip-proof type II, water drops falling within 15° from the vertical direction have no harmful effects;
 Rainproof type, rainfall within 60 degrees from the vertical direction has no harmful effects;
 Splash-proof type, no harmful effects from water splashing in any direction;
 Jet-proof type, no harmful effects from water directly sprayed in any direction;
 Water-resistant type, water directly sprayed in any direction will not enter the interior;
 Immersion-proof type, water will not enter the interior even if immersed in water under specified conditions;
 Submersible type, can still be used even if immersed in water of a certain pressure for a long time;
 Moisture-proof type, can still be used in moisture with a relative humidity greater than 90%.
