Seat flammability tester GELLOWEN V-211 has been designed and engineered to conform to the below standards. The device use for assessment of the ignitability of upholstered seating by simulating cigarette and match as flame ignition source.

一、Test tank and sample holder
1、Sample holder is made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel plate.
2、Independent gas control cabinet.
3.The size of sample holder: 450mm x 300mm for backrest frame and 450mm x 150mm for table and chair frame. Frame can be fixed by hinge at right angles.
4.The size of sample support 1: 450mm x 450mm for backrest frame and 450mm x 300mm for table and chair frame （optional）.
5.equipped with metal pins for delivering cigarette 
6.The diagonal of steel wire mesh is 28mm
 
二、Butane flame control system
1.Independent gas control cabinet 
2.Imported gas flowmeter accurately displays gas velocity of 0-500ml/min, which is controlled by source of ignition of 1,2 and 3.

4.Imported pin valve accurately controls gas velocity.
5.The size of stainless combustor: OD 8mm±0.1mm, ID 6.5mm±0.1mm, Length 200±5mm.
6.The angle of combustor can be level or vertical adjustable.

9.equipped with precision timer of 1s 
10.The temperature and relative humidity of test environment is 10．0℃-30．0℃ and 15．0％-80% respectively.

customers need to prepare gas by themselves.
