Product Introduction
Shoe bending Angle testing machine is mainly used for outsole rigidity test, with a solid block the front of the shoe clamped on the hard base, with the speed of (100±10)mm/min to increase the force of 30N, observe the Angle of the bending of the outsole, according to its Angle to determine whether the product needs to enter the folding resistance test.

Test Procedures
(1)Place the shoe or outsole sample on the hard base and secure it using the clamping mechanism.
(2)Set the desired force (30 N) and speed (100 ± 10 mm/min) on the control panel.
(3)Initiate the bending test; the forefoot is bent until the applied force reaches the set value.
(4)Record the bending angle displayed on the LED readout.
(5)Compare results with standard requirements or use as a preliminary assessment for further flexing tests.
